24 year old Frank Ocean is a New Orleans native whom moved to Cali after Hurricane Katrina with aspirations of a career in the music industry. After linking up with Cali’s own Odd Future and dropping the hit single “Novacane” Mr. Ocean has been seeked out by some of the biggest names on the game, but his biggest accomplishment thus far has been his collaboration with Jay-Z & Kane West on their “Watch The Throne” Album.
